The days of life-long service providers has been replaced by the corporate takeover and years of buy-outs. GenX security is different from those providers in many ways. First of all, we are a private, family owned business and intend to stay that way. We still provide: alarm systems, life safety systems including early warning fire & carbon monoxide detectors. We install and provide a wide array of access control systems, home automation systems, multimedia, AV, and digital CCTV systems that have been affording our customers years of comfort, convenience, and safety. Our school programs have developed intercom and multipoint communications for schools and larger institutions. Ongoing training and certifications in new and exciting electronics lines keeps GenX ahead of the pack without breaking the bank.
Our forward development of fiber optic trunk lines, multimode interconnectivity and always increasing knowledge base, allows us to delve into all aspects of low voltage installations, design, and development, and our one on one project philosophy allows for a personal, close, relationship during the project and post completion. There is a reason that companies and families refer GenX Security; it is our hope that we continue to exceed the service expectations of our customers. At the same time, it is our pledge to continue to grow the internal knowledge base of our company as technology progresses rapidly.
